The short version
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If we don't book at least 10 real jobs for you in the first 30 days, you get every dollar back.
- After 30 days, monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
- Setup fees are refundable if you cancel inside the 30-day guarantee window.

We believe in skin in the game. Here's exactly how refunds work.
1. The 30-day money-back guarantee
If we don't book at least 10 real jobs for your business in the first 30 days from your service start date, you can request a full refund of:
- Your setup fee ($999)
- Your first month's subscription fee
To qualify:
- Your phone forwarding must be configured by Day 3 of service.
- You must not have manually disabled the AI during the period.
- A "real job" is a confirmed appointment that resulted in a scheduled service visit. No-shows are excluded; customer-cancellations after booking are included.
How to request:
Email ahsan@tradesreception.com before Day 35 from your service start date. We'll process verified refunds within 14 business days via your original payment method.
2. After the guarantee period
After the first 30 days, our standard policy is:
- Current month's subscription fee — non-refundable
- Future months — cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum with 30 days' notice; you won't be charged for the next billing period
- Used minutes and overages — non-refundable
- Setup fee — non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee window
3. Service issues and credits
If you experience a documented outage or service failure on our end, we'll credit your account pro-rata for the affected period. Credits don't expire and roll over month to month.
4. Disputes
If you believe you're owed a refund that we've declined, email ahsan@tradesreception.com with details. We review every dispute and respond within 5 business days.
